John, LeRoy and Sam Cascone started in the restaurant business more than 40 years ago with a small diner. Next John and LeRoy Cascone opened a full-service restaurant that led to the emergence of Cascone's famous lasagna. Since then, lasagna has been the single most popular entree at Cascone's, with more than 2 million orders served. All locations of Cascone’s remain family operated today.
