Restaurant Week's special prix-fixe menus showcase some of the finest dishes created by the KC area's top culinarians -- but not all these special menus feature vegetarian-friendly entree options. For diners planning to stick to vegetarian fare while still enjoying Restaurant Week's multi-course $15 lunches and $30 dinners, we've rounded up a list of participants with meat-free entree options.

Houlihans - All Locations (Wild Mushroom Enchiladas)
Makers Mark Bourbon House (Grilled Veggie Wrap)
McFadden's (Jack's Three Cheese Griller)
Tengo Sed Cantina (Dang Quesadillas)
Webster House (Vegetable Risotto)
Westside Local (Daily Saute)
Zest (Grilled Cheese French Toast Sandwich) [Ed Note: Oops! We found out today that this sandwich has meat on it]

Dinner
Anthony's (Traditional Lasagna)
Boozefish Wine Bar (Veggie Quiche)
Harrys Country Club (Penne with Spicy Vodka, Tomato, and Cream)
Pizza Bar (any meatless pizza)
Westside Local (Red and Tan Quinoa)
Webster House (Buccatini Pasta)

Note that these are only the restaurants that feature meatless entrees on their Restaurant Week menus; as always, most participants will happily omit meat from a particular dish upon request.
