The first Kansas City Restaurant Week officially kicks off on Friday (have you made your reservations yet?), but Restaurant Week VIPs and members of the press gathered today in Boulevard Brewing Company's Muehlebach Suite for a delicious preview of the upcoming 10-day culinary extravaganza.
Guests enjoyed a cooking demonstration by Celina Tio, chef/owner of Julian (she whipped up some chocolate puddin' and ginger doughnuts), as well as a delectable selection of tasty bites from a few Restaurant Week participants -- and, of course, plenty of Boulevard's tastiest brews.
